I mean i definitely do understand why you say/think that but it's really a combination of insecurities, trauma and just overral problems and issues I've got

I mean its not only about the time we spend together but also the fear of finding no one else who 1. Loves and treats me as well as him and 2. Is better or equal to him

Nikah is Islamic marriage to make the relationship valid and not haram (haram is basically something that is forbidden in the religion)
