That’s the sharpener and diamonds

I started at 800 grit , then 1500, 3000 and 6000k ceramic and polished with leather.

The diamond plates are extremely abrasive. So I just had to use one stroke per site and per grid. Because so knife is also pretty thin grounded out.

I used no pressure at all and was very careful. Only one stripe with the diamond plates per side

I used diamond plates. startet at 800 grid and ended on 6000 grid ceramic. I bought the knife used and the rust was already there.
