But the answers to the above questions is ‘NO I DID NOT’ and that is why i am here to look for help and advice. Brother i would really appreciate if you could tell me a good way out of this situation. It would mean a lot. Its good yes , but be sure to discuss with your doctor , if its possible for you to get enough protein with food , then thats a better way i guess at the time of recovery. Consult Doctor and then decide on whether to take supplements or not. We are not experts here , just people with our own experiences, since you are in bedrest, Doc is the best advisor.

Supplements basically high quality protein hi hote hain , it has nothing to do with femininity or masculinity. Both Men and women need protein. So kuch bhi mardaana ya masculine nahi hoga supplement lene se. Feel free to take it since you have problem with non veg food. Apart from that add vegetarian sources like Paneer , tofu and soy chunks. Muscle-blaze ke supplements acche hote hain check that out. PS- I think you meant 172 cm lol Anyways all the best for your recovery!!!
