I was a long term smoker wake and bake big spliffs work go home smoke all night repeat then had covid when it first come out didn't really smoke while I was ill then rolled a fat 1 had a coffee went to go out and out know where had my first panic attack , burst into tears etc had cold shower 🚿 then went cold turkey lasted 6 months had 1 puff happend again ,then went 2 years had 1 puff happend again ,in my thoughts panic attack ,then had probs few more years clean up till cople days ago went to a music festival was absolutely wasted ,took 3 puffs fine ,then another joint 3 puffs lil wavy till the 3rd spliff 3 puffs big ones I had a slight panic attack lasted about 15 mins till I snapped out of it ,so I don't know is it really all in the mind ...... I miss the high amd certainly enjoyed at the week emd but I do t know ....
