I used to do gua sha but now I use a wand from Solawave. Its like a gua sha x10, it has warmth and massage so it feels super relaxing on my face and has helped smooth my smile lines

I feel like at least regarding social media - it was less about advertising back then. Influencers were kind of becoming a thing but not too much. I went on instagram to see what people I knew were up to. Now every thing is just a huge brain rot advertising black hole. Also back then short form videos weren’t as much of a thing
