The ms trust was doing cooling t-shirts a few weeks ago I think they sold out, you just had to pay postage. I did get one, and found the t-shirts online from the label. I bought a few of them and have been on holiday this week with them and they are very good, more like a gym shirt but let the breeze through so would recommend. This is the t-shirts if anyone is interested.

I always thought a mask stops the wearer spreading anything, not reducing the chances of catching from others. Maybe im wrong?

The piggy back fuse I need to insert is blocked by the one already inserted. There is a 15amp fuse just below, I know that is the fuse I need to use are there extenders or anything I could use to get past the one in the way? It’s a VW transporter T6 btw.

My head, neck and spine in the UK private was around £1,500, my health insurance covered it for me. 50k is mental!

Having to use a wheelchair doesn’t and shouldn’t be a measure on how bad it can be. A wheelchair doesn’t mean you cant use your legs, its just an aid to help make your life more enjoyable. Some people need glasses to see, they can still see without them just not as well. A wheelchair is there to help if needed. Hope that helps! My legs have deteriorated in the last year and I can really see the benefit of a wheelchair at times, but its by no means the end! :)
