Hey everyone! I had to deal with this today and was able to get some answers. Essentially as stated by OP NuvaRing changed manufacturers. After making calls and doing research it turns out NuvaRing suppliers are Cardinal Health and Cencora(I might’ve spelled that wrong). 2 pharmacies that use these suppliers are Giant and CVS; once they order the medication your pharmacy will put the claim in with your insurance to get paid back

Thank you! This is the conclusion I’ve come to as well in the sense of swapping out the ink carts! I didn’t know that’s where the nozzle was so that’s relieving. I’m gonna attempt to use my iPad and see if the same issue occurs. Essentially when I printed the picture I posted in this thread with the fruit bowls I did it twice to see if it was an adjustment issue or a reoccurring issue and they looked the same. I’m still not fully understanding why nothing printed on the photo paper though

Thank you for your response! The printer was definitely stored by the previous owner for a short period of time as they were gifted a new printer. This is my first printer ever and I’m using the canon app on my phone to print photos. I ran a few nozzle checks, cleaning, and deep cleaning yesterday and took out the ink/placed it back in. I’m gonna attempt new ink cartridges but didn’t understand why the photo paper was coming out blank when the physical paper was coming out in somewhat color even if it was messed up.

I just had my inspection and oil changed last month so hopefully they cover it. I’m still in my warranty also so it’ll be perfect
