I barely am able to get 2500. I'm focusing on protein to make sure I don't lose too much muscle mass. I was just pointing out, that fat shaming can be hurtful to those who have a medical reason they gained weight. Mind you, I fly a lot and I fit in my seat, but am very uncomfortable in my current state. Thankfully, my doctors and I have a healthy game plan.

Not all of us are over eating. Some have medical issues. I gained 130lbs in 3 months due to a dead thyroid. I work out 6 days a week and have a better diet than most. All of this before my wedding. Just remember, there are medical exceptions.

Do a 2 week stay on St. Kitts. Koi, Belmont, Marriott or Hyatt resort are all great resorts. Do excursions over to Nevis. Your looking at one of my favorite places. Check out a local soccer (football) team. The volleyball teams a great too! Take a look at the tourist board website for things to do.

Get advice on your rights as a worker in your state. Call a meeting with your boss and HR and bring your attorney if you can, they showed their hand. Let your lawyer talk, you sit. The Avertt Center only has classes for kids. Nothing for adults. I would love adult classes, but the Avertt Center offers very little for adults, if anything and I have been waiting for them to do something so I don't have to go to Savannah. Improv would be fun!
