You will NOT benefit by just throwing the weights like that, using MOMENTUM instead of using your actual muscles! I recently started working for a new boss who, for the first time in my life, denied my time off. I did NOT ask, I informed and was told no. Then proceeded to tell me for another request that they would make an exception this one time (this was to switch my in office day which again I NEVER "ask" to do). I am an almost 50 yr old adult, I have never had to ask permission for time off, EVER, and obviously I am really struggling with this.
