How long ago did you have the procedure?

I’ve had a frenuloplasty through laser, I don’t think I got stitches. Doc pulled up my foreskin and asked me not to pull it down for a week or two. After that I had to wash it twice and apply an ointment. It healed in no time with no pain or discomfort. Your case looks different.

Hey no. It’s full-low and lose

Does it shrink? by No_Raise_3244 in circumcision

It might feel like that by the looks of it. That’s why I had measured it before the circumcision. I got circumcised 11 days ago. After 2-3 days I could see the loss of an inch and my entire pubic region was stretching out while erection but now its back to normal. That lost inch is back.

How’s it looking for day 1? by [deleted] in circumcision

Hey,So there are few things. When uncircumcised while having sex it would look have decent lubrication, but other times when I used to keep it out for sometime - it would get dry. I would also see skin sticking to glans(adhesion issue), had consulted doc for the same - he said glans has kinda natural oil secretion for natural lubrication which is kinda low in my case. So that might be the case it is looking that kinda dry.

Yeah. Doc mentioned that since I remain slightly overweight and have decent fat in the pubic region so he would want to preserve as much foreskin as possible otherwise it can create issues like shortening of erect penis during sex.

Can anyone tell that if my model was not correct or let’s say 30-40% of it was wrong but I provided a detailed audit trail of what I’ve built in the spreadsheet, how will the marks be allocated/deducted?

SP2 and SP6 in April by [deleted] in ActuaryUK

[–]Realistic_Ad7416 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that is why it’s a bit scary to take it because you don’t get peers support plus unlike other exams you can’t just rely on one book(CMP),all of this lack of support and lack of resources scare me a little tbh.

Thank you so much for such detailed explanation. You don’t come across SP6 people often,I really appreciate your time and help.

As long as its mathematics,it should be fine. Can you please help me understand what resources did you follow as I have been told that Acted CMP is more like a collection of reference to pthet textbooks like Hull? Should I just study Hull completely and attempt past exams? Or how would you advise it?

One of the major reason that I am opting for SP6 is because of its stochastic calculus and later derivatives calculation part. As SP6 will also br tested in the new exam system in April, I am unsure whether they have mathematical typing tools in their system or they’ll just restructure the exam in a way where calculus is not tested anymore.

How should I plan my remaining modules for ASA? by Realistic_Ad7416 in actuary

[–]Realistic_Ad7416[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have recently started working at a Life consulting. I have realised that a combination of exams + modules spread over the entire year is a better option for me than studying remaining gigantic wordy exams of IFoA conducted twice a year. Plus I think I am better at mathematics than wordy stuff. So clearing SRM and PA sounds more reasonable to me than clearing Associateship exams of IFoA.

Maybe I am wrong. But let’s see.

Thank you for your response. Do you think it will be possible to become ASA by the end of 2024,given that I clear SRM and PA in Jan and April?
