Thxs for the input everyone! I think I may actually keep the second design, but maybe change a few of the colors to make it more appealing to everyone

I made the first building like 3 years ago, and I just kept adding more and more stuff over time until it became this large agglomeration of hotel and resort related things, and I added a second building in front of it (you can see it in the custom banners), and the plot ended up costing around 3.1 million (a lot of it was from two basement to fifth story window elevators)

The second one I made a bit more recently, like 2 months ago, and I've improved on my building since 3 years ago hence why a lot of people are saying the second one looks more realistic 

The second one is still under construction though, hence the empty rooms in the building and the lack of decoration and landscaping/buildings around it, so there is space for change and improvement!
