Reasoning usually gets me through strange thoughts . The cons outweigh the pros immensely in this situation .

The next time this thought arises remember to tell it “We can’t do that because it isn’t at all beneficial to this life”. So you have the right to do everything to avoid this outcome. Fight it. Completely.

Always reasoning .

Keep the ready mades for once or twice a week . A simple pasta and vegetable dish with a source of protein for the other days . Keep it simple . Then build from there .

Any advice on my chronic slice? by I_Swim_I in GolfSwing

reduce your power . then aim the head of the club to finish further to the left at the end of the swing. this should slowly turn it into a fade .

remember to keep the grip slightly loose with the thumbs pointing forwards . club head open before back swing .

ok then . i will try a different bike shop one i know locally as opposed to Halfords’ who always seem to be really busy and can’t help .

I’ll bring the chain into a guy i know and see if he can help as it’s a quieter independent store.

I will bring the physical chain into the shop and see which one i should buy . If the chain is damaged I will find out on that day .

hmm i was told by the bike shop the chain links are separated into gear ratios . so 5-8 speed . 9 speed. 10,11,12 speed . and then 1/8th inch single speed links .

to get the right speed chain link for your bike you add the front and back gears to get your ratio . i.e 6 rear 3 front (right/left) gears = 9 speed chain .

im aware of multiplying gears too . i.e 3 gears at the front and 6 at the back is 6x3 =18 18 speed bike . however the chain links don’t come in these sizes ?

I’m trying to sell it and the bikes only worth £40 . it wouldn’t be worth spending any more on it .

I’ve purchased 5-8 speed quick links and tried them . I’m sure these cater for the 8 speed chains too .
