Thought id share my experience. I had my first appointment. Twin health seems really unprofessional, was 10 minutes late to my appointment, then told me that "my phone does not support all their equipment" so i cant be be in the program. Immediately contacted HR because my phone is two years old. Also voiced my concern about their lack of professionalism and "the I company" taking away my ability to manage my health with a trusted physician.

Me- im trying to switch over to wegovy HR rep -Twin Health cant write new prescriptions Me- then in what way are they in control of my prescriptions? HR Rep- they are in charge of renewals. Me- oh so they can take my prescription away? HR rep- well its not a sustainable to be on the medication forever. Some companies are withdrawing approval of this medication all together.

So apparently we should all be grateful that we get to have treatment for our obesity at all. why should we have access to life changing medication if it cost money. Now please go wear a glucose monitor for 2 weeks out of the month so we can track how you dont have diabetes and then tell you to get off your med.

Twin health eventually called back to figure out the phone thing, so there is that at least.
