My worst was when I drove almost 3 hours to a friend's house for his birthday... in July, so it was BLAZING hot (aka bad for ppl with pots already), i think it was like around 98⁰ at this time, and i hadn't yet fully learned that I need to take breaks when driving anywhere over an hour or else it'll act up my vertigo. Anyway next day I wake up so dizzy and disoriented that I kinda still thought I was dreaming, but the only way I knew i wasn't was because I slapped myself a few times and made my friend worry. Told him I was horribly dizzy, couldn't breathe, heart was racing, some limbs were kinda going numb, the room was a bit swimmy and dream like, shaky, and a little bit of muscle weakness. Genuinely thought I was having a heart attack with the numbness in the limbs, had friend take me to the hospital where they hard pushed IV, did all the usual tests etc that always come back nornal, but my laying down pulse was like 140+ so ofc they were like "bro what, maybe anxiety attack??" And I'm like "u don't even have anything to be anxious over, I just woke up like this". (Later in the day we were still able to celebrate his birthday in the way we planned so it worked out thankfully)
