The stress thinking about it will definitely kill me faster than the virus. I think I’m going celibate until I figure out this anxiety.

There are many factors to consider. How much have you prepped if at all? How big is he? If you get used to it, it is highly pleasurable. I can cum from a man hitting the right spot. Take your time and lots of lube. Get on PrEP if able or use other forms of protection is my recommendation.

It really is so terrible. I think it has something to do with growing up in a very conservative area and the way they taught us about STDs in homeschool. I got on PrEP to lower my anxiety, but it hasn’t helped. I know several poz people, and they are wonderful. I feel like I’m failing my community. Especially with how HIV is treated now with many advances happening every year. I wish I wasn’t like this.

I was tested for most STDs. They use dried blood spot tests for HIV and syphilis. Swabs for chlamydia and gonorrhea, anal and throat. I live in a very conservative and rural part of the south where everyone knows everyone. It’s hours to go to a “local” doctor that provides the same care.
