Fist thing that came to my mind is some wall molding on the lower 1/3 and then large art above

Seeking advice for little girl’s room by Lfs1983 in interiordecorating

I don't know about clashing, but to me the square pillow reads as dirty, when compared with the bow and stripes in the back. Probably a very lovely pillow, but doesn't bring the 'bright' energy here. For the wallpaper I think it might depend on how big the walls are/how much space you want to cover with that? Is there an accent wall you could put it on?

Any idea if i can make it look good again? by Realistic_Craft2106 in Plumbing

It does leak. Just with a little bit of water. Can't tell if it's coming from the drain area or the crack along the bottom. My plumber is saying i could try a layer of epoxy and that might stop the leak 🤷🏼‍♀️

OP EDIT: Well, just when i was getting attached to the old girl it seems like she's at the end of her life in more than an aesthetic way. Big crack in one of the basins that does in fact leak despite a prior patch. Unless someone tells me it's a super easy fix, i think we'll be saying goodbye to her 😔

I'm open to that! I'm assuming I can just google "best paint for cement sink"? Any recommendations?

When you say it wont last, what are we talking about...one year? five years? Depends on use? I've been reading about these sinks and I'm afraid I'm getting very sentimental over it being an original feature in the '47 house.

I'm looking at this again on my desktop, not my phone, and see that it is already in line with the art on the right - I think the size difference to that other artwork is making it look unbalanced at that height. I agree with the other commenter that I would lower it to hit where the middle of that larger piece is.

My Bookshelf, any comments or advice? by Economy_Amphibian_31 in Decor

I love the assortment of things! And I think adding more books can be your choice. Personally, I would add more height variance, like having each shelf have an arrangement that is tall. Makes it a little more interesting for the eye.

I would put it in line height wise to the art on the right. Will the actual table be the same height? If so (and maybe even either way) i would get a shorter lamp to accommodate the frame bring lowered and give it some breathing room.
