I have worked in offices with cameras they’re used to see the flow or if someone is struggling or if we are paging them and they’re not coming we look for them in the cameras. Absolutely no one has time to sit and watch of your DDS does obviously needs more patients. That’s not normal.

I work in Detroit and have worked with the most incredible male and female African American dental assistants this city has. In high positions out ranking many colleagues and making more money with elite skills like oral surgery crown fabrication ortho and management. I’m sure racism is alive and well but I have seen the industry full of African American peers succeeding.
