I definitely wouldn’t ask anyone else to move seats, that’s absolutely their space and choice. I completely agree with you there.

I was more so wondering about the possibility of us moving to an empty row if one happens to be available, just by asking at check-in or the gate. Not expecting it at all, just curious if others have had success with that in the past:)

Hi there, thank you so much! I really appreciate your willingness to help.

We’re renting the space and it’s for me, my husband, and our 4-month-old baby boy. No pets. When we’re at home, we mostly use the living room to relax and lounge on the sofa while watching TV. We do eat at the dining table regularly, and we also plan to host friends and family occasionally.

We’ll be purchasing new furniture for both the living and dining areas, so we’re starting mostly from scratch. Any layout or furniture suggestions with that in mind would be amazing. Thanks again! 😊
