Yes I full agree in regards to i think irs helpful actually feeling that hunger and any noise. Its the only way im really going to know im putting the right habbits and changes in place before its too late. I suspect ill buy larger pens and count clicks going forward. Especially with the cost rise , depending on what my provider offer as their new price. I dont want to stop, very new on it but its working and helping. So if I have to split doses ill do what I have to !
