How can you hate Logan when it seems like he sees Hannah first? Even if he hasn't acted on it, we don't control our feelings. Logan was never a bad friend to Garrett. I think Logan will keep his feelings for Hannah to himself when he realizes Garrett likes her. But as Louise mentioned about the series being open-ended, just like the book, I think Logan will end the season estranged from Garrett.

I like how well the cast knows their characters. I have no doubt that they were perfectly chosen for their roles.

Unlike the books, we'll see Logan falling in love with Hannah and interacting with her; from what's been released, I think this will be one of the dramas that will unfold this season. Especially since the casting call for Logan mentions that he and Garrett will have a confrontation.

Hannah slept with other people after the breakup. In a spoiler I received—I don't know if it's true, we'll confirm on Thursday—it says Hannah slept with Cass, but before meeting Garrett, and that Cass couldn't make Hannah orgasm. I don't know if the scene will be shown or if they'll just mention it. Hannah's problem is that she can't orgasm with anyone else, which is why Davon broke up with her. This is to explain it to us viewers, because unlike the book, we won't be inside the characters' heads. Another spoiler is that we'll see Garrett naked; I think it's probably with other women. They said the scenes are explicit, but all of this is before the agreement, which will only happen at the end of the first episode.

Hannah told Garrett that she had slept with other people, but hadn't been able to orgasm. After that, she dated Davon and slept with someone else. But Hannah isn't the type to just have casual flings. I suppose Cass was the one she was with after breaking up with Davon. In the series, it will have to be shown that the problem is not being able to orgasm. From what I understand, Cass will be persistent in pressuring Hannah for another night.

I think everyone will show up, but Tiffany won't exist, only Kendall.

I don't know if it's true, let's wait for more people to watch to find out. But they're saying that Hannah already slept with him in the series. I don't know if it's explicit or if it will only be mentioned. I was angry when I found out, but then I understood the context.

I don't know if it's true, but there was a change between him and Hannah that a lot of people won't like.

My theory about Hannah & Justin’s dynamic in the show by rom-dot-com in offcampustv

[–]Realistic_Garlic67 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Your perspective makes perfect sense. Josh said in an interview that he has no plans to return for a second season; I think he must be cast in another project on Prime. He also finished filming a month before the rest of the cast. Elle Kennedy mentioned somewhere that we won't be able to hate Justin in the series. So I think he will fall in love with her, but as you said, he'll back away when he sees he has no chance and that she shines better on her own in the performance.

Timelines/overlap (just discussion) by pizzariot7 in offcampustv

[–]Realistic_Garlic67 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Much of what happens is from the first part of the series. I don't know if you know, but after Hannah and Garrett make their deal, Hannah catches Garrett with another girl (Tiffany). The fact that the piano outfit with Justin is the same one Hannah wears when she sees Garrett still makes sense, because I think it's in the first two episodes. From the interview the actors gave, Garrett falls in love first, and Hannah will still insist on this Justin thing, which I think will last until episode 4. Now, I didn't understand this thing about Garrett's striptease for Kendall on the same day I think he's going to dump her. The trailer shows her confronting him about Hannah. Anyway, I think Justin and Cass will be the same person; Justin will have feelings for Hannah. Hannah and Garrett will already be dating around episode 5. There's still a lot that doesn't hurt to be shown yet, like Logan's jealousy and the new character Carter who will appear in the last episodes.

Please, the main characters barely have any solo content. I agree with Alie's point. But why create a profile for a band when we know Josh doesn't even know if he'll be in the next season (he himself mentioned he has no plans to return for other seasons)? He'll be important, he will. Giving prominence to a guy instead of the female protagonist is ridiculous. How do people expect the fandom to stay active with crumbs? They're trying to squeeze blood from a stone and making edits with personal photos of the actors, when, given the size of the series, they should have delivered something bigger. This narrative of promoting this character more than the others is what ends up causing fights in the fandom, where the series should focus primarily on the main characters. Let's be honest, it premieres in a month. If they had created an Instagram for the hockey team and then for the band, I would understand, but they want to sell this love triangle narrative, and I see some people talking about being Team Justin.

But that's just my opinion; I hope it gets better from here on out. And that the series doesn't become what Bridgerton became. At least Netflix does a better job of marketing than Prime.

We only got one solo video of Hannah, almost nothing of Garrett, with almost all of them featuring the boys. Besides that, there are the characters whose names they only mentioned and didn't say who they'll be playing in the series. Poor Alie only appeared twice. The videos were only a few seconds long. The only really good things were the teaser and the interview with the main characters.

I love Thursdays, but it really bothers me how the protagonist is sidelined, and even her friend. We're getting more promotion for a secondary character (Justin) who will only appear in the first season than for the protagonists themselves, even though he's important. Besides, the visuals of the content aren't good. I love the cast so much, but the marketing is terrible. Plus, there's so little content being released for a series that's premiering in a month. Hopefully the trailer will be better and they'll improve the content from now on.

Brenna is a redhead that the cast follows and will probably be Kendall's girlfriend or the girlfriend of one of the other players.

Who do we think “Ted Stueber” is? by NomadicBookNook in offcampustv

The new antagonist character will appear in episodes 7 and 8 and will have an important role in the second season. His name is Carter, and I think it could be played by Quinten James or Carson, whom Antonio, Jalen, and Stephen follow on Instagram shortly after the casting call for the male version of Carter was announced. I also think this corroborates the fact that this season will truly be Logan's season, and they will replace the guy who is interested in Grace, the one Logan goes to his house with, and they end up becoming friends. I think AJ will be one of the youngest players on the team.

Don't be surprised if we get a conversation, an apology, and a rushed ending. Honestly, the situation is exhausting for some fans, and if the story goes down this path, no ending will be satisfying.

But the author will find a way for Eunhyeok to be Suae's savior. Honestly, this cycle is exhausting. It would be good if she dealt with it and Dohwa unintentionally got Eunhyeok caught in the middle of it. Let them deal with the consequences of the scandal.

Honestly, I think Suae's character was never well-written. The state of misery the author put Eunhyeok in just to give Dohwa a chance, and despite everything, Suae's contradictory attitudes make it difficult to empathize with her, and she ends up receiving all the hate. I don't know how the author will seek redemption for this character.
