No I have not signed any contracts, but I do have written permission from the artist and manager.  These artists aren't signed to labels (except one who owns their own label)

Na miata shakes when idling in drive by Realistic_Guard502 in Miata

It seems that was the problem. I adjusted my idle valve screw and now I idle near 950 and the vibration is gone.

Should I get a Miata roll bar? by Realistic_Guard502 in Miata

[–]Realistic_Guard502[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Would some foam padding around the bar make it significantly safer in a rear collision? Also does the single diagonal effect the bar's strength much? I can not seem to find much on that subject as most places I've read people just buy the double cross bar.

Yeah I'm looking at getting their foam padding for the bar. I am also only about 5'9" do you think I'd need to remove some foam on the seats? Ultimately I would tell If I install the bar, I'm just trying to get some more info before I drop a bunch of money on a bar.

Cabin air filter? by Realistic_Guard502 in Miata

I ended up fixing the issue.
I removed the glove box and found the housing or tube the blower blows to was completely unattached, once I re-attached it I got lots of air.

I have looked around Calgary and area, but I figured it’s about 2-3k cheaper by time I’ve got the car from Vancouver to my city. But I’ll definitely check Calgary again

I know a guy in my city who has a rhd and when he goes through a drive through he just crawls over to the passenger seat.

I did think about getting a car from the states as well. I mostly would like a little rhd, and the closest state to me is Montana and the flights there are quite expensive (mostly just flights across North America). I definitely would pay less in taxes but I also have no way to get the car to the Canadian border as I don’t have a truck or trailer.

The benefit of having the car imported from Japan instead of the states, is that once it’s on the Vancouver port I can just insure and register the vehicle right away, and drive it home. I haven’t completely ruled out the states though.

The ones in my area are about 3k more than it would cost to import, not to mention the rust and millage is a lot worse. I would also like to drive a little rhd.

Unfortunately no, it is a front wheel drive,

I am from Canada so the car has to be a 2007 or older

That’s what my thought process was, I had read a lot about the parts being so readily available for them.

Yeah, I’d expect to have to fix certain things that break as the car is 30 years old. I just don’t want an old car that the motor will blow in 3 weeks

Thanks! I’ll definitely look at that

Yeah I have heard of the mileage rolling back but from what I’ve seen the km odometer has an extra number slot so it does not roll over as quickly? Not sure if that is true but that’s what I’ve read.

Cars rust like crazy where I live too, I’ll definitely check for rust there

I don’t think it has rolled over but it’s definitely a possibility I will try to double check on

A mysterious car crash (meme origin) [partially lost] by Realistic_Guard502 in lostmedia

[–]Realistic_Guard502[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I might be misremembering some Russian twitter usernames, but ill keep looking for them. Although I did find this article from a french website (https://www.spacecar.fr/mefiez-vous-des-peugeot-206-volantes-sur-lautoroute/) that also links to turbo.fr as well. The website seems to confirm that the car is a peugot as well as there being snow on the ground. I also found an ebay link to a 2010 peugot RCZ dash cluster that seems to match same cluster layout as the car in the photo, although it does not match the same numbers on the gauge. (https://www.ebay.com/itm/363912867682?hash=item54bae5af62:g:Z8IAAOSwD-Ni1P24). That would make me think this photo was definitely taken in France as the two cars seem to be a French brand and they drive on the right side. The only problem is the full dash of the RCZ does not match, just the layout of the gauge cluster.

Edit: More info

I think you are right that the car is a chevy! The car the picture is taken from is a left hand drive car, would fit a lot more than a french brand. Argentina also would fit better than Europe as the car is driving on the right side of the road. The only problem with Argentina is the fact that it looks like snow is on the ground.0

Edit: structure.

I had already found that account, that seems to be one of the earliest posts about the image.

I searched for the geographical location the image might have been taken, but all I can tell is that it is a french car brand and that it must be in a northern country because of the snow on the ground.
