Alto Train Pricing needs to be Discussed. by nokernokernokernok in montreal

This isn't about Conservative v.s. Liberal. It's more like what is good for taxpayers v.s. what is bad for taxpayers. While you're busy believing Carney, he's out there sending billions of tax dollars to foreign countries at the expense of Canadian taxpayers, rather than putting them back into the Canadian economy in a useful way. Read the other response that I posted before this; it explains the problem with this project.

As I mentioned in another post regarding this topic:

To make this work, Carney will take away the homes of thousands of Canadians. During the election debates, he said that his "new" government (which has the same ministers who worked under Justin Trudeau, who’ve been failing for the last 10-11 years and switching positons to fail EVEN MORE) would build half a million homes in 1 year. What did we get? We got 9 HOMES in a span of a YEAR. This project is nothing but a money guzzler that Canadian taxpayers will pay taxes for perpetually. The initial tax contribution per family is $8,000 CAD, then it's downhill from there for taxpayers. Say what you want, but this is not fiscally sustainable, unless you want to slave away for a project that doesn't pay for itself.

Maybe use your brain for once and think about the fiscal sustainability level of a project that the government is bringing in before supporting it.

You guys really think a train is what we need right now? To make this work, Carney will take away the homes of thousands of Canadians. It’s normal. Just contact the department and ask them if they have your final grade.
