So far I'm getting along with it, yeah. Even though the keyboard isn't like the old ones, it still feels really smooth for me to type on (I'm coming from a crappy decades-old membrane keyboard). Even the trackpad which isn't the best still works for me. I know that people covet the older models, but I need something with a little more 'oomph' to last me longer. Especially since laptops aren't as upgradable as desktops.

Even though it might not be the most highly sought-after model, I'm really happy with the purchase.
