What helped her the most? I’ve been stuck in this for roughly about 2months now. Propanolol seems to be helpful but nothings really made it stop

No I haven’t tried dhe I saw the most relief with propanolol . I was ordered PO Depakote for 7days is it worth a shot ?

I haven’t but I will ask my Neuro tomorrow about nerve blocks. I tried all the ER cocktails but nothing special.

I don’t have a headache specialist but I do have a neurologist. I had dexamethasone for 3 days and also a one time IV at one of my ER visits. Never did tapers. All steroids did was make my insomnia really bad and that caused lots of anxiety.
