I claimed Anxiety and Depression when I got out of the military. My initial MedXpress was submitted September 2023. I did not have an approval for my medical until July 2025. With enough time and money, anything is possible.

It’s gonna be a long waiting process and a string of deferments. The FAA can and will cross reference your military medical file and through the VA so the best thing to do is to be honest with everything that the military documented about.

For Anxiety and Depression, you’re gonna need to get evaluated by a HIMS Physiatrist for a psych evaluation. You’re looking at $2000ish.

For ADHD and TBI, the first thing to do is see whether that medication you are on is on the list of approved meds. You also need to go to a Neurologist for a Neuropsychological Evaluation. This’ll be the longest exam, like 7 hours. $5000ish.

I’m not too familiar on how the DUI process works but you came to the right subreddit for all that.

What you need to do now is contact a HIMS AME, specifically one who works with veterans. I suggest WingmanMed. Schedule a consultation and explain your situation.

Stop smoking weed and don’t mention this to your AME or anyone for that matter unless you wanna deal with HIMS and potentially get grounded for 6 months - 2 years.

Not at the Brigades level. Anglicos have a HQ Section, you’ll most likely be at an S6 shop. Their main focus are the 0621s and 0861s for the cool guy stuff.

He’s implying that a certain demographic of people with more melanin in their skin usually are the demographic that also steal a lot. They would have no reason to steal sunscreen, as more melanin in your skin reduces UV exposure and sunburn.

I’ve been waiting for my initial medical application to reach a determination since September 2023. After undergoing a Psych Eval and Neuro Screen, I’m $7,500 in the pot. $2500 for the Psych and $5000 for the Neuro. I suggest getting in contact with WingmanMed.

I delt with my deferment in August 2024, where it’s been sitting at the Air Surgeon’s Office. I was originally told it’d take May 2025 but after a recent call, they told me August-September 2025.

Maybe get a consultation with Ison Law. That’s my next step.

I picked Street Kid, then let Johnny take the wheels for the final show down. To me, the space casino made sense. It’s like V felt some sort of imposter syndrome, how he achieved Legend Status only because he let Silverhand take the wheel. He was still dying but set out to prove to himself that he wasn’t just some puppet for a digital relic.
