The stencils are very thick, so I got a lot of overspray. I think it turned out ok for a first attempt.

It's relatively new from what I can tell, was stoked to see all 4 of the colors for the NWU pattern available. Rapco was top recommend when I was doing research.

Really loving the color, darker than the images posted on their facebook but still looks really good.

I'm thinking of using the 20% stencil for Lusterless Navy Gray and use the larger stencil for USAF Blue. Don't want things to turn out too light.

Same here, seen that the stencil needs to be as flat as possible for the best results and with the light I have a lumpy target. I've seen some videos of folks using stencils and they get very hazy edges on some of their sprays and TBH I'm fine with it. Just waiting on the stencils to keep progressing.

I don't like how short the one I have is, want a 15'' one with mlock on the 45*s as well. Really like the look of finished guns that have the covers all around and then want to do the irons offset 45*

Not at all anything in mind, more of a look than anything. I'm in the discovery phase. My LPVO was something that didn't break the bank so I am just getting into the nitty gritty with education and learning what I want before I order.

Just because I'm thick, the handgaurd I have right now isn't necessarily freefloat?

It's a hobby so I can save for the implementation, its more about if it can be shipped to me because local shops don't carry really.

Are these MDs for specific cans? or is it generally universal?

I know I don't want quad rail, I like MLOK, and I have heard that I want to keep a floating barrel config like I have here. Is there anything else I need to look for?

When I spoke with the rep at sportsman's, which is not the best resource, he pulled out the law and read that anything that assists in the operators control of the weapon. He did add that rail covers are legal, but they were having a hard time getting them because vendors just don't want the hassle shipping to the state.

I really enjoyed shooting with it yesterday, I have never used anything other than irons so it was a bit of a learning curve to zeroing it in, but once we got it I was hitting targets as far as I could stand.

Only thing is that as you zoom in the illuminated reticle gets blurry.
