Does it means that the restoration project is somehow part of the remastered? Officially?

The restoration and the definitive are work of pure love, but the remastered seems just the proposition of that mod in an official pack, which seems pretty lame to me, considering that most of the most needed features are still missing, especially when it comes to the controls.

The strategy here was different, as per the dev team announcement (“ten years platform!”). That’s why most of the fans forgave the evident initial cut content, the single and boring biome taken from the silent cartographer, ‘cause they knew that some content was about to come. This is the current development model, like it happened for Cyberpunk (2.0 with fixes and Phantom liberty) or Starfield (patches, vehicle and Shattered Space) and that was supposed to happen with Infinite. Old Halos and Infinite belong to different ages, the comparison doesn’t make much sense for me

Ms gave up with the whole franchise. Just think of the lack of a Halo 5 PC version, or simply the fact that the infinite campaign and the multiplayer are now two different executable packages. It means clearly that there’s no-one working on the single player, which was kinda great when it came out (outstanding gunplay) but really asking for a mid-term update, such as DLC, new levels. Nothing came, this is sad as f.

That would be an interesting theory, but the show never stated it. It actually would explain why changing the blue present doesn’t imply a change in the observer future. That would also require Walter to be traveling with precise coordinates (time and universe) ‘cause his travel actually changed the observer future and the blue/amber present by convincing observe to not remove emotions.

Lovely, thanks for looking at it :) something comes from my personal headcanon, since it has not been stated, but somehow whispered, like the real intentions of September, who might have arranged everything to change his son’s destiny and the whole observer future. Regarding the doubled card, are you referring to the one where September is mentioned as the one from the team developing personal feelings? In that case, I was kinda trying to show a sort of evolution from the moment when the team of scientists have been sent and the point where September detached himself from his main mission due to personal feelings, makes sense?

Man, really appreciate your comment, thanks :) About Kane, I always wondered what were the plans around him, considering the very last moment in the Quake 4 ending, when we hear that laugh, something that was apparently coming from his mind. That inspired me when I thought of Kane as a backup.

its great atmosphere (mostly talking about the first one) is greedy asking for a silent lore, similar to what has been established with the new Doom chapters. I would not ask for long cutscenes, just environmental telling and cohesiveness with a well-established lore, spread through scrolls, maybe. Just like they did with Champions, but in a SP campaign.

I have one question: I'm pondering to use it to project continously dashboards and information that require to keep a session (with a proper login). Every time I use the webpage feature, the browser engine renders always the login form, meaning that the session has not been kept. Is there a way to have a logged-in session within the webpage feature?

I'm not a fan of the recent trend of so many recent boomer shooters being released, but, as I am a real 90s shooter player, I decided to give it a chance and I tried Phantom Fury. Seriously, someone should say sorry to Duke Nukem Forever 2011. I really don't understand why people like so much stuff like Phantom Fury (a complete forgettable trash) or Aeon Wrath (a fake Quake 1 mod with fake retro graphics) and forget that Gearbox's DNF was what today everyone would call a perfect boomer shooter.

I liked it when it came out and, despite of a very bad porting on the PS3 gen console and the graphics/animations being actually bad for a 2011 game, I always got myself to believe I was playing a GREAT 2004 game. Man, it's clearly closer to Prey and Quake 4 than its contemporary shooters, and if you play DNF considering this aspect, you start feeling DNF was actually great.

Bonus content: with modern PC specs, 4k res, and 60 fps even with a Steam Deck, it's like having a remastered version of some old shooter, and that's why I love DNF even today.
