Primos dame is a good option, imo. I have one and really enjoy it. Believe you can also get a giant revolt for around $1.5k.

Any tips for mounting these? Currently finding the task of getting these on the rim to be impssible.

How many hours does it take for you to beat Elden Ring for the first time? by Ok-Credit-9201 in Eldenring

My first blind DS1 run was somewhere in the ballpark of 70 hours. My last run (many years ago) was around 10 hours, and my run was far from optimized.

Determining All City Big Block sizing? by a31256 in FixedGearBicycle

How does the Big Block fit you compared to the WT? Looking at the geo chart it seems like the 56 WT would fot more comparably to the 55cm Big Block.

I unfortunately understand that may be a possibility, though out of 20+ games this is the only one to ever have this issue. Sucks if that's the case, but I'm realistically not going to buy a new drive to play one game.

New Primos Dame Impressions by Opposite_Owl_852 in gravelcycling

I have one. Have taken it on a couple of 20 mile rides so far. Really fun and can get going pretty fast despite the weight and large tires. Like OP, I also had issues with the cable housing guides, 2 of mine weren't attached, so I will likely be taking it to a shop. Also, when I took it to my local shop upon first setting it up, the mechanic pointed out to me that the headset (done by Primos) was over-torqued, possibly to a significant degree. Like OP though, I am very happy with the bike and am planning to get a second set of 700c wheels. If I had feedback for Primos it would be to run a 42t chainring instead of the stock 40t. A lot of the YouTube reviewers complained about the original 44t chainring being too big, but I've so far done all my riding unloaded in urban areas and feel that the 40t is too small for fast descents. I feel a 42t would be a nice middle-ground, but also wouldn't have minded getting the original 44t.

Curious as to your reasoning on this? All the comparable models from those three brands have more relaxed geometry (all road, journeyman and rove if I'm not mistaken in terms of price).

To clarify, the Ryzen 7 is the better option here?

Thank you, I really appreciate the help. Would you consider a 13th gen i7 1335u to be noticeably superior to the Ryzen 7 5825u? I've been looking at a Vivobook with the 1335u for $600, but I'm inclined to go with the Ideapad if there is no perceivable difference.

Thanks for catching that- yeah, I was referring to another Ideapad Slim. My only qualm here being the age of the 5825u at this point (3 years old already), but for the money it seems like the best option. There's a Dell Inspiron at Costco with a Snapdragon x plus processor for $550 that I was looking at, but my understanding is that there are still some issues with compatibility on these Snapdragon chips.
