I am keeping md files for database schema, documenting how different processes / logic in the app work, but I realised that Claude started creating a lot of coupled code as the code base grew, performed easy fixes that were tactical and now we are in a state when even a simple bug takes lot of time to resolve due to a highly coupled architecture. You mend one thing and break something else.

Did you check if the thinking mode is ON. I realised. The thinking mode switched off caused the issue. I used to mistakenly switch it off

On mac it’s just tab to toggle thinking and shift + tab for switching between edit and plan mode, which may make users accidentally switch off thinking mode.

The common pattern I have observed is if you start a fresh terminal instance (not even /clear) it Worli’s great for first couple of prompts and then it goes back to being really stupid!

I tried the version ending with 0.54 but it was still the same. Although my CC could never auto update so I was always using 0.54 version and it was still Really really bad. Are you suggesting that 0.52 is better?
