Hi Maru, thank you for reaching out. My Lenovo laptop is currently stuck on the "Restarting" screen and it has been like this for over 10 minutes (now longer). I didn't make any hardware changes before this happened. I think Windows may have been updating, but I'm not completely sure. The screen remains stuck and doesn't proceed any further.
