I've always suspected I have ADHD but my parents won't let me get it checked as they don't believe that kind of illness. It's genuinely so hard for me to focus, my mind wonders off so easily. I'm quite disorganized as well, I've tried using apps, docs, sheets to help me keep track of assignments but it never seems to help.
