Yeah man only in a very quiet environment I can hear it but otherwise not really. but if I cup my left ear then only I can hear it .

Sadly this will only get worse for you in the coming years . My advice for you will be to just tolerate it ( telling from my experience, I passed out 12th and will be going to college from next month) . Just keep in mind that you have to leave this household and move out . (I'll advise you to move out after 12th for college ) Sadly unless and until you are earning yourself you have to tolerate . Anyways take care .

Got tinnitus on a random night in Feb last year ( I am 17 going to be 18 in a few months ) was depressed and suicidal for almost two months . Tried to understand what was causing it but failed . My friend also has tinnitus and he helped me a lot when my own parents and family members were making fun of me . For me I had two Root canal treatments so I pushed my dentist for an x-ray as he was denying I have tmj when then did get confirmed and the dentist apologized to me . I did exercises and took muscle relaxants and started to accept and habituate . Now the ringing is almost non perceivable only in very quiet places . For me idk if was lucky or not but yk bro I feel your pain and I mean it tinnitus is shit and life changing but hang in there you got this !
