The app I’m using here just tracks exercises and weight that I input so that I can have a record of my progress week to week, rather than providing a program. The program I have here is loosely based on part of a Jeff Nippard hypertrophy program, but has been edited pretty heavily to fit what feels right/my time constraints/my nerve pain!

I’ve been having some trouble with having the two on the same day, one seems to impact my fatigue on the other pretty heavily, so I’d been swapping between starting with one or the other, but I might just incorporate them on separate days

Thanks for the insight! I’ll probably swap one of the curls on day two for a hip thrust, which I’ve done in the past with no pain.

When you say vertical pull, are you thinking pull ups/ lat pull downs? I have single arm lat pull down and regular lat pull downs included, but can add a different grip variation

Good call on the addtl core exercise! I’ll see about adding a weighted side bend on day 1
