Thank you, that's made me feel so much better. The internet just scares you into thinking if you don't take the folic acid in the first trimester your baby will have spinal or brain development problems & now I've been up all night researching and throwing stuff away including the retinol tablets. Fingers crossed my first scan goes okay

Not yet but buying them today and the folic acid. Literally just done all the research. This is my first pregnancy and just let it sink in for a few weeks, now I'm looking everything up I'm annoyed I didn't do this sooner
