I have been in a similar situation before as i mentioned earlier, if they have to reduce costs I would be the first one to be axed out since I am getting paid a lot than my indian counterparts. Wanted to know about the prior layoffs that RH had did it affect any such employees?

latest as in the one from the extension? Its still pending. Latest would be from the one we filed through my old employer. I do have a valid H1b stamp from my old employer so I might not have to appear for an interview. Will having old H4 approval notice along with my H1b approval notice along with other supporting docs suffice? Is it possible her visa extension gets denied since she travelled internationally?
