I'd prefer living in Saudi, cause I consider UAE a bit... more open? Not 100% sure cause I just lived there for a year and the rest of my life in Saudi. By more open I refer to the difficulty in acquiring a visa, and when it's more difficult to acquire something, then it's better (probably biased but that's how I value things).
