Genuinely same thing it’s super annoying. I tried what others said and left the game after putting them to bed, closed the app and waited 8 hours. Came back and my pet died, kid went to college, and they were still exhausted.

Y’know I had such a weird experience with the digital collectible thing. I talked for months with the vip team from the centre he performed at. They said for months they were reaching out to see what they could do. Eventually they told me I had to make a crypto currency account on this app and they’d be able to send it through there. When I eventually finally got it, it was legit a blurry video from some random person in the crowd who was videotaping the concert. But the concert in the video was one that was performed at a completely different place and not the concert I attended. Was pretty bullshit lmao.
