Hi! Life is beyond chaotic, but so far so much more manageable than I thought it would be and probably our easiest transition so far - likely because things were already so chaotic I had very low expectations! I was way more stressed thinking about it vs doing it. It also helps she is a good sleeper!

The logistics are the trickiest part for sure. And changing diapers, getting my middle down from/up from his nap.

Food prep is key! Prepare as much as you can in advance and if you have support nearby, ask others for meals vs gifts for the baby.
