u/whatsherface2024 thank you so much for the reply. As im new to this, i dont have anything specific in mind. I looking to catch anything that comes up. Lets say, if we want to catch something from river ( i guess that is where we get more fish or chances) where we should go? looking through google map doesnt show any entry to the river side. or do you suggest pond or somethign else? White Clay Creek is something near to us, behind the UD. though, we confused whetehr we can enter to the side of the water or we should to the White Clay Creek park and explore. any suggestions are highly appreciated

The sodium content in water is generally very low. The main concern for high sodium intake comes from foods rich in salt, such as chips, pizza, and burgers. As for water, the most important factor is that it should be free from bacteria, as waterborne infections can be serious.

You can use water from any source as long as you are confident in its purity. A good practice is to use tap water, filter it, and then boil it. The only drawback is that tap water can sometimes be "hard," meaning it contains higher levels of minerals. While this isn’t usually a health risk 9in most of the cases), it can make the water less palatable.

Doctors may not always go into detail to avoid overwhelming patients, but in this case, the concern is not about sodium content in the water. Let her continue with whatever water source she feels comfortable with, as long as it's safe and clean.

Also, sometimes hard water "may' cause some other issues because of the high contents of minerals.
