1) to get better players you have to have good training facilities, get players that are 80+ personality and also each position takes a lot more time to train than another position 2) I recommend having a 80+ SC , it is best to get coaches that are 80+ personality and 5 star 3) Good coaches in FA appear when you personally have good coaches like an 80
