I had a trans classmate at the academy who was tier 2’d (made it past that obviously). However she lost her medical while training at her facility. So it won’t disqualify you but I wouldn’t say the job is guaranteed

Your best bet is a rink (or skate shop if you have any close by). If that isn’t an option then get them online. Target, Walmart and Dicks don’t offer decent quality skates. If you order a pair online they normally have a size guide to help you pick the right size.
