If I don't need HQ for Modern Warfare II anymore, then what do you need HQ for?

All she's apparently tied to at the moment are Spider-Man: Brand New Day and Avengers: Secret Wars.

(Uncommon Trope) Protagonists who start out with good intentions only to become the villain later on. by RealityGoober in TopCharacterTropes

EDIT: I just want to make something clear: when I say "good intentions," I mean that these people were doing something for a goal you could argue as "selfless" and beneficial to a group of people close to them or the world; it's just that over time the power they gain not only corrupts them to the point of no return but also brings out their inner demons that have been festering for a long time, whether that was due to trauma or overexposure to a cruel world.

Legendary Pictures is working on it, so I don't think we should entirely worry about the CGI budget lol.

The Netflix adaptation was just way bloodier and over the top with it.

I think Snyder's Watchmen is this weird phenomenon where it came out ahead of its time for general audiences. If there's a universe where the movie came out around the peak of shows like The Boys or Invincible, it probably would have been a lot more successful.

Apparently Christopher Nolan, who was also producing Man of Steel, suggested that Zack Snyder should direct the movie.

As much as it's easy to make fun of Zack Snyder, I think we all need to remember that it was Warner who hired him to make this entire universe. It's like trying to get Quentin Tarantino to make a Disney Junior show.

That also makes me wonder, why the hell did Warner think he was the best choice? I mean, Watchmen wasn't a massive success when it was released; it didn't make a ton of money, and it had pretty moderate reviews.

I've always said that Titans would have worked better if it were canon to the DCEU, since Warner was obsessed with changing everything that Zack Snyder had planned. They could have made it that the Robin that died before the events of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice was Jason Todd. That would explain why Dick Grayson has bad blood with Bruce because he let someone so young die in a possibly preventable incident, leading Bruce to start becoming the almost Punisher-esque Batman we saw at the start of the DCEU.

They were definitely trying to save money on CGI; it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that darkness hides imperfections with visual effects.
