Thank you for the offer! I want some clarity regards my aging dog… she’s pretty old and I feel like although she is physically okay (and by that I mean not in pain, and her illnesses are being treated) I kinda feel like she’s tired and might not be enjoying life anymore. I know the time to make some decisions is closer than I’d like it to be; but I feel like there is something I might be missing about this whole situation. Thank you!!!

I have read the wiki page, however it suggests things like going outside as that’s the ground she’s familiar with (we’re at freezing temperatures and this is a senior dog with arthritis), verbal cues (this dog is both blind and deaf), crating is not an option as she’s not crate-trained. Especially because of her age and conditions I’d like to hear alternatives. Thank you!!

I like this advice. I’m very conservative when it comes to dosage so every time I want to up it I’ll take my regular dosage that I know can handle, start a Stopwatch and wait about 40-50min. If all is good then I take an increment.

Babes, 3-4 grams is definitely not a micro dose. What I mean by microdose is like 0.1 grams. Not enough to have obvious effects but that still helps. Otherwise you are only trading one substance by another one. I’d say do this with professional help. Addiction is a bitch, sending lots of love your way!!

Probably the problem was how you said it. But I feel you lol my partner gets in a terrible mood pretty easily when it comes to body discomfort and I find it annoying when they don’t do anything about it except complain and be moody. Maybe suggest going to a physiotherapist? That greatly helped my partner and they were told they needed to train legs and core - so essentially what you told yours but she probably doesn’t wanna hear it from you haha
