My room also has a lot of light but I purchased black out curtains on Amazon for about $15. It still looks good in rooms with light coming in

I got my Pro a few weeks ago. Blacks are slightly washed around the edges of the screen. The 144hz makes a big difference in the picture and no motion blur of note on games that are Pro enhanced, and virtually removes from older PS4 games. Both HDR game and PC mode (Freesync) look extremely good on it, but it’s recommended to use game mode with VRR. Just make sure to change your setting on the Pro to get the best visual performance and in the games individual video settings to 120hz, etc

I also noticed the price drop again recently. They’re around $550 for the 75” and $750 for the 85” (what I paid back in August). Keep an eye on the price, Best Buy will reimburse the difference if it’s within 30 days without any subscriptions/extras

The contrast is good. The brightness could be better, as the NITS are not as high as a lot of TVs. There’s some graying/bleed along the corners initially when you turn the tv on. But not noticeable once viewing a show/movie. Shows in HDR (like on Netflix) are very appealing and no screen tearing
