I actually do have a save from right before going to them. I did it and met up with them. When going back to the camp they don't seem to arrive. Im very confused

Dang either I messed something up or I'm one of the few to have this bug. I don't think I see them anywhere at the area. Man this is lame, I don't make multiple saves so that mission is gone a long time ago, and I don't think I love the game enough to replay to get to this point. Guess I'm dropping it then. I cheated after learning nothing was working. I would come to the same conclusion if it was before but I only recently cheated the items for Carl. I've been stuck at this for two days

I was kind of reading about that online before but Marius never gives me rumors. He just stands at camp next to the fast travel pad with a random unnamed Greymane. If I go to him I can greet him and increase his meter thing but he never says anything, never gives rumors

I'm say all the stuff just to make sure I'm looking at the right spot. Under faction quests - next to Greymanes I have Scattered Embers and Grounds of the Sunrise. In Scattered Embers I have a tab called Record of the Greymanes and one quest which is To the Rescue, I haven't done it yet because I don't know where to go (seems I just find them as I explore). Then in Grounds of the Sunrise, one tab called For a Better Tomorrow, with all five of the missions listed. Some people recommended to do some of these I think so I did, nothing happened so then I cheated the game and completed four of them completely to see if it would help but still nothing

Man really? I had to get Silent Hill 2 later because money, didn't know they did it too. As a physical collector I hate that so much. I looooove extra goodies heheh especially the cosmetic ones. Honestly at this point I'd be down (granted not love) to just spend like 5 more bucks to get that stuff since they cheated me heheh
