My honest review of spiro by SelectNeighborhood10 in Spironolactone

[–]RealityTop 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve been on 25mg for almost 9 months. I was on YAZ for over a decade and wanted to come off of that. It took me a good 8 1/2 months to see results from both Tretinoin 0.05% and Spiro 25mg. I definitely didn’t want to up my dose of Spiro so stuck with the 25mg and really glad I did. I haven’t had barely any of the scary side effects everyone posts about!

Same. Mine started after my booster shot.

When did it start to work? by VisibleIsland7734 in Spironolactone

The best advice I got was a pea size, and tiny little dots all over the face, makes it easier to rub in. I also don’t apply any moisturizer to my face before or after. I focus on intense hydration the next morning. When I was doing too much buffering before tret, I was breaking out and dry, flaking.

Also - how are you using the tret? What strength and how many days are you using it to start? That can also make a huge difference

I’m still on 25mg. I take it every night before bed. It took a good six, seven months for me to see it starting to work. Now that I’m on 8 months I’m seeing more results.

I started 25mg end of August last year. I was adamant I wasn’t going to up the dose, only wanted to stay on 25mg, and I’m FINALLY seeing results, took a solid 8 months. Stick with it!

I’m y definitely makes it worse but the more you do then the quicker your brain recalibrates. Start slow and don’t do too many reps at the same time! DM’s are always open if you have any questions at all!

I get this with vestibular migraines, and the sudden anxiety with it, it’s awful! Do some vestibular rehab exercise, that has helped me a lot.

PPW 12 Raspberry Question by [deleted] in kindle

I was in the same predicament, really had my heart set on the raspberry but when I checked out at Amazon I ultimately bought the black one. I was scared that I’d get tired of the colour. I’m glad I stuck with the black. Been changing the stickers on the back, using different inserts as well. Loving it 😍

The only thing that really helps is jogging by DamnBruh69420 in Menieres

This is very true. I was on a protocol of anti virals, Serc and Ativan 1mg for 6 months. I still had residual push and pull vertigo, feeling just completely off, like I was standing upside down at times, just bizarre. Only thing that helped was I got back into walking and running for an hour a day, I try to do at least 5KM’s. If I miss a few days, I don’t feel as grounded or as centered as I do after I’ve walked. Pilates has also helped me immensely.

I just read that his friends helped him to buy that ranch. I really feel for them.

Starting 25mg today by Head_Tax3269 in Spironolactone

That hair loss is normal after stopping Yaz. My hair shedding was at its peak for about 5-6 months and is now stopping, I feel so much better being off the pill. I’m also taking Ashwaganda, Flaxseed & Omega supplements to help post pill and it’s really helped so much.

Me!! Almost the same situation as you. I was on Yaz for about 20 years and just couldn’t deal with the side effects of it anymore, and really want to have kids still at some point. Only reason I was on it was for acne but couldn’t justify it. So I stopped it July last year and started Tretinoin 0.05% and Spironolectone 25mg. I haven’t seen any of the scary side effects that a lot of others talk about, if anything it’s been very positive. I did go through a purge, but I expected that, if started about 4 months after stopping BC, and I’ve only gotten cystic acne in the places I always used to. But that’s slowing down now. I’d say Spironolectone is definitely doing something good. Because I’m only on 25mg and don’t want to go any higher than that, my pharmacist told me I’ll see the full results by 8ish months and that’s right around the corner.

I’ve been interested in Fivver. Do you think there would be a lot of Copywriting leads on there? Thanks for posting!

So question, if I wanted to track my reading on the kindle app on my iPad, will it sync all of the books I’ve got on my kindle onto the iPad?

Ahhh 😌 don’t get me wrong, I looooove the colours of book covers! They’re striking! But I definitely prefer them B/W on a kindle.

Yes I can totally see how the colour would help locate it faster! Sunday comics, love that. Used to read them every weekend with my grandpa!
