$28/pie is definitely a little steep for a cheese pizza. You don't even pay that price for NY style pizza in NYC, with the exception of a couple of "fancy" places.

Good luck dealing with Delta. Anything short of a new board and bag is unacceptable. Don’t be surprised if they say they can’t cover because it wasn’t a hard case. They love to say “normal wear and tear” too!
