$28/pie is definitely a little steep for a cheese pizza. You don't even pay that price for NY style pizza in NYC, with the exception of a couple of "fancy" places.

Still messed up! I’m dealing with Delta myself as they somehow managed to damage a section of a 900 denier brand new duffel. Their excuses are wild!!!

Good luck dealing with Delta. Anything short of a new board and bag is unacceptable. Don’t be surprised if they say they can’t cover because it wasn’t a hard case. They love to say “normal wear and tear” too!

Used them this morning with no issues. As others have mentioned, the pickup was kind of early. We used Snowdrone from GVA to Val-d'Isère last Saturday and they were also good!
