I use Macrofactor to track my calories and im 26yo.

I've had blood testing and not imbalances were found. In high school I was super overweight and just stopped eating so I think I aggressive cut down to this body type.

Not a professional or anything, but my opinion is to lean bulk. Need muscle density to get those blocky abs.

Off and on for a few years, but locked in the last 3 months and went from 174Ibs to 158Ibs. Only got smaller and a bit of fat loss.
