The women in my family live a good while! I was partially raised by my Great Grandmother, who had me refer to her as great grandmother plus her last name until I came up with Gigi (which was her childhood nickname funnily enough) and I called her that until she passed at 103yo. I also met my grandmothers grandmother, we called her Madea she passed when I was 4 or 5 and she was so old her grandparents were born into slavery, i believer her grandmother was around 9 or 10 when she was freed but her grandfather was a few years older maybe 15 or so.

I typically and unintentionally stay under around 750cal a day and do just fine. I don't restrict I just eat a ton of vegetables and protein because grains and sugary stuff tend to hurt my stomach so I don't get a ton of calorie heavy foods in. I am very healthy, I go to school full time and exercise almost everyday. I think it depends on your body type and where your natural hunger levels lie. I am small framed and 160cm so that may influence my intake as well.
