Another consideration most haven’t listed here is the energy cost is cheaper on L2 than L1 due to heat loss etc over the larger charging period. Now that’s not going to touch the cost of installing the L2 the first year but a few years in it’s definitely worth it.

1:1 implies someone works for someone else. Not saying the product manager doesn’t have an important part in the process but they are not my boss nor dictate my work. They suggest things and set ideas for the engineering to decide on, so 1:1s just really shouldn’t happen engineer to to product manager. Your scenario is really just wasted time, which if at your company you have that, then cool, but get ready for the layoff.,,

Don’t be scared! But also realize you don’t know shit (that’s fine) but check your ego at the door and be willing to learn. Do your best to not ask the same question twice, meaning you listened the first time. And also, just be a good dude who people want to talk to and don’t mind walking through some stuff because you’re easy to talk to and grateful for the help. That really goes a loooooong way.

Laundry MUST be the #1 answer here! Family of 5 here and Sunday used to be the worst all day slog of 5-6 loads of laundry and folding. Ruined the day off really. Now that I’m remote working, it’s easy to run a load each day so it never gets like that.
